The optimal network solution for your facility. The communication units allow you to flexibly integrate FP-Sigma and FP2 PLCs into your facility. PROFIBUS, DeviceNet and CANopen units are available. Other FMUs are planned.

Up to 2 Fieldbus Master Units can be connected to the FP-Sigma CPU. With FP2, the number of Fieldbus Master Units that can be connected is limited by the number of slots on the backplane and power available.
To configure and diagnose the FMUs, the software Control Configurator FM is available. It is an add-on software for the PLC programming software FPWIN Pro.
