The ER-X series ionizers were conceived for applications with large areas.
To achieve optimal charge neutralization of surfaces for diverse applications, various operation modes are integrated. Depending on your requirements, the ER-X series ionizers can be operated with air pressure ranging from 0 (airless) to 5bar. The ionizer features a fully automatic mode and a manual mode. In manual mode, the discharge frequency and ion balance can be set based on individual requirements.
Another advantage offered by the ER-X series is that up to 2 sensor heads can be connected to one controller unit. This allows the work area to be doubled to a width of up to 1.2m. To make neutralization as effective as possible, all ionizer heads can be turned freely in any direction.
During design, particular emphasis was placed on fast, uncomplicated maintenance in combination with superior safety. Discharge needles are easy to get at and exchange. Nevertheless, during operation the discharge needles are protected and present no risk of injury. On the controller, an LED indicates if an error occurs and level meters display the status for ion balance and electric charge. Settings for discharge frequency and ion balance are made directly on the controller using potentiometers.
