Panasonic Electric Works Europe AG (PEWEU), located in Holzkirchen, Germany, is the European headquarters for the global Japanese corporation Panasonic Electric Works, Ltd., which in turn is part of the Panasonic Corporation. For almost a half century, we have developed new generations of high quality electronic and electromechanical components here in close cooperation with European customers and furnished technically sound solutions for the most diverse of automation tasks. In Holzkirchen, 300 employees provide our customers with technical support and solutions tailored to fit their business needs. The European organization is structured to take care of sales, development and manufacturing processes. Sales offices are organized locally in Europe to that they can accommodate specific regional and economic conditions directly. The central European warehouse and the manufacturing sites in Pfaffenhofen (D), Plana (CZ) and Enns (A) also fall under the administrative umbrella of Panasonic Electric Works Europe AG.
The European Panasonic Electric Works Group operates in the Benelux states, Germany, England, France, Ireland, Italy, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, Scandinavia, Spain, the Czech Republic and Hungary. Distributors are responsible for the other European countries and South Africa.
