The PV310 is a universal compact image processing system. With over 6000 checking options, it is suitable for all commercial industrial checks such as assembly monitoring, type differentiation or measurements. Its particular strengths lie in the very high evaluation speed and the powerful testing methods for recognizing surface defects or edge chipping.

Thanks to the double processor system, consisting of a special image processor for pre-processing and a high-performance RISC-CPU, the PV310 is perfectly suited to rapid evaluations and helps save valuable production time. It works significantly faster than the previous model thanks to optimization of the hardware and software.

The grey value check determines the average brightness of a test window. As the process works without threshold values, it is extremely stable.

Defect detection
|
|
During production, surfaces or edges must be continually checked for defects (e.g. spray burrs, cracks, scratches, punch errors, flash, etc.). These checks are usually very processor-intensive. Thanks to the high processor performance of the PV310, it is now possible to economically implement these checking tasks with a compact image processing system.

Top safety
Special procedures developed in-house help the system to achieve a high recognition safety and impressive insensitivity to interfering factors. This means that e.g. errors down to a few pixels can be detected. Fluctuations in brightness also do not affect the evaluation.

Simple set-up
Set-up is very simple. After setting the checking parameters, all that is needed is to roughly position the checking window. If the size or position of the part fluctuates, they are precisely tracked.
